chore: 精简 README + 清理孤立 demo 文件

- 删除「Real-World Showcase · 真实交付」段（Claw 群组动画）
- hero 动画两个 README 都引用英文版 GIF（视觉效果更好）
- 文件结构说明简化，不再提 s* 案例
- 清理孤立文件：hero-v10 中文版 gif/mp4/html + s1-pku.pdf + s2-claw.mp4

demos/ 从 104M 精简到 74M
