docs: translate README.md to English (skill repo convention)
...
The repo targets an international developer audience on GitHub,
so the README should be in English while SKILL.md (agent-facing)
stays in Chinese for Huasheng's workflow.
Also sync README to reflect the §1.a upgrade from 'Brand Asset Protocol'
to 'Core Asset Protocol' (logo/product-shots/UI are first-class assets,
colors become auxiliary). Added Fact Verification First (Principle #0 )
to the Core Mechanics section.

- 20s（vs 25s），节奏更紧，克制到极致
- 6 幕 Roman numeral 分幕：I·ASK / II·PROPOSE / III·PICK / IV·CRITIQUE / V·EXPORT / VI·花叔DESIGN
- 黑 #1A1A1A 主幕 + 奶白 #FAF9F6 反转幕（PICK 决策 + EXPORT 产出切 cream）
- 赤陶橙 #C85A3F 单 accent 保留（品牌连续性，不借 Kimi 蓝）
- Noto Serif SC 巨字中文 display + Newsreader italic 英文点缀
- 底部水印「HUASHU-DESIGN · MMXXVI」常驻，颜色跟随底色反转
- 巨型背景 Roman numeral（如 "II"）做 0.04 opacity 幽灵水印
产出尺寸缩小至原来的一半，README GIF 从 3.3MB → 2.4MB。
