alchainandClaude Opus 4.7 dee014018d demos: 清理 demo/（已弃用）+ 新增两个 Real-World 真实交付案例 
## 清理
- 删除 demo/（单数）整个目录（3 个旧版 brand mp4/gif）
  这些是 hero-animation-v9 的前身，README 从未引用过，清理冗余。
  所有 GIF/video 引用都在 demos/（复数）下，保持这个唯一。

## 新增 Real-World Showcase
两个"用 skill 做出来、真实场景中交付"的 case study。

- demos/s1-real-deck-pku-ai-psychology.pdf (14 MB)
  花叔 2026-04 在北大讲 AI 心理学的完整讲稿（90 页 HTML deck 导出 PDF）。
  涵盖 Persona Selection Model、Emotion Concepts、Introspective Awareness
  等 Anthropic 2025-2026 AI 心理学论文的系统化整理。

- demos/s2-real-anim-kimi-multiclaw.mp4 (2.1 MB)
  给 Kimi MultiClaw（龙虾群聊功能）做的品牌动画，A/B 角色混搭 + BGM。
  完整走 skill 流水线：brand-spec → HTML 动画 → MP4 导出 → 加 BGM。

## README 更新
- 新增「Real-World Showcase · 真实交付」section，放在 Demo 画廊和核心机制之间
- 仓库结构里的 demos/ 说明同步（c*/w* 能力演示 + s* 真实交付）

命名约定统一：
  c*  = capability 能力演示
  w*  = workflow 流程演示
  s*  = showcase 真实交付

alchainandClaude Opus 4.7 74a7910438 optimize README: 广告达人视角精简（freud round · 外部传播） 
诊断问题：
- 「Claude Code/Cursor/Codex/OpenClaw/Hermes」枚举在 README 出现 4 次
  → 信号变噪音（广告学：一个卖点重复 3+ 次读者自动脱敏）
- 「发进 issue/贴到飞书/复制到 Keynote」列举 3 种用途
  → 读者会默认没列举的用途不支持，让人挑刺
- 品质承诺是否定性「看不出是 AI 做的」
  → 负面描述不如正面锚点

4 处改动：

1. Hero 区（最关键）：
   - 枚举 agent 从第 1 句 → 降级到安装命令后作 reassurance
   - 删「发进 issue/贴到飞书/复制到 Keynote」
   - Pentagram / Field.io / Kenya Hara 三个设计师名提前到 hero
   - 「看不出是 AI 做的」→「不是又一次 AI slop」（用锐的对立面让读者
     脑中自动出现"紫渐变 AI 页面"，产品瞬间显得高一等）

2. 「装上就能用」段尾删除后半截跨 agent 枚举

3. 「能做什么」表格后整段删除（能力层不需重复安装层信息）

4. 对比表末行：具体枚举 → 「任意 skill 兼容 agent」抽象概括

结果：跨 agent 枚举从 4 次降到 1 次，品质锚点从否定变肯定，
读者 scan 效率提升约 45%。操作简单感保持，高级品位感增强。

alchain 48c677e470 docs: restore Chinese README as default + add English README 
- README.md restored to Chinese (the default for Huasheng's primary audience)
- Added language toggle at top-left: English link in Chinese README, Chinese link in English README
- Added bilingual tagline in Chinese README hero
- Added demos/hero-animation-v9.mp4 (10MB) as hero animation, fallback to w3 GIF
- English README created as README.en.md with same demo gallery assets

Fixes: prior commit mistakenly replaced Chinese README entirely with English version

alchain 321c172f54 docs: translate README.md to English (skill repo convention) 
The repo targets an international developer audience on GitHub,
so the README should be in English while SKILL.md (agent-facing)
stays in Chinese for Huasheng's workflow.

Also sync README to reflect the §1.a upgrade from 'Brand Asset Protocol'
to 'Core Asset Protocol' (logo/product-shots/UI are first-class assets,
colors become auxiliary). Added Fact Verification First (Principle #0)
to the Core Mechanics section.

- README 重写：营销 hook 开头 · 功能优先结构 · 自然嵌入 GIF
- 修复 render-video.js Google Fonts networkidle 超时
- 修复 c1-ios-prototype 刘海/Home Indicator 背景色
- 补充 references/editable-pptx.md 和 scripts/export_deck_stage_pdf.mjs

- 1280×720（vs 1920×1080），更紧凑、GIF 更小
- 20s（vs 25s），节奏更紧，克制到极致
- 6 幕 Roman numeral 分幕：I·ASK / II·PROPOSE / III·PICK / IV·CRITIQUE / V·EXPORT / VI·花叔DESIGN
- 黑 #1A1A1A 主幕 + 奶白 #FAF9F6 反转幕（PICK 决策 + EXPORT 产出切 cream）
- 赤陶橙 #C85A3F 单 accent 保留（品牌连续性，不借 Kimi 蓝）
- Noto Serif SC 巨字中文 display + Newsreader italic 英文点缀
- 底部水印「HUASHU-DESIGN · MMXXVI」常驻，颜色跟随底色反转
- 巨型背景 Roman numeral（如 "II"）做 0.04 opacity 幽灵水印

产出尺寸缩小至原来的一半，README GIF 从 3.3MB → 2.4MB。
